METACARPUS IS EXQUISITE ANIMATION AND FILM PROJECTED OVER THE TOP OF ONE OF AUSTRALIAN’S FINEST ATHLETES. CREATING A VISUALLY STUNNING 

INNOVATIVE PERFORMANCE.

 

THE FILM WAS DIRECTED BY ROCHELLE BUNDE AND HAS BEEN FEATURED IN NUMEROUS ANIMATION AND FILM FESTIVALS, SOME OF WHICH BEING THE MELBOURNE INTERNATIONAL ANIMATION FESTIVAL AND THE SEOUL INTERNATIONAL CARTOON AND ANIMATION FESTIVAL IN SOUTH KOREA.

THE AMAZING TALENT USED FOR THE PIECE WAS BRISBANE BASED DANCER EMILY ROWLES. HAVING WORKED ALL OVER AMERICAN, THE PHILIPPINES, MALAYSIA AND OF COURSE AUSTRALIA, I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO CATCH THIS UNBELIEVABLE TALENT 

INBETWEEN CONTRACTS.

EMILY CONTINUES TO PURSUES HER PASSION FOR DANCE 

WORKING FOR ROYAL
